This was the principle Eddie Jordan, Jr. taught his son years ago. Those legendary words spoken by Eddie, Jr. have proven to hold true through time as that same son Keena Jordan, Sr. has taken those words and been able to create barbecue that would make his dad smile. Keena has chosen to uphold the integrity of authentic grilling with charcoal and wood smoking. Who would have known that a moment in a Chicago backyard between a father and son would produce a legacy of unforgettable barbecue; for all of North Texas and the world  to experience and enjoy.
